I have a couple quick questions reguarding the tutu dress with sequins. I see that base price is around $22. Does that include the sequins on the top because I saw the extra fee for that. What does the dress look like for the $22? I wanted to get this dress for my daughter's 3rd birthday. I was also curious what your opinion was on the pink dress you have, but in red or white? My daughter's birthday is in December so I wanted something to go with the season.
